We know small pets can be sensitive to change. That’s why we tailor each stay based on your pet’s species, personality, and routine. Your pet will receive:
- Daily feedings and fresh water
- Cage cleaning and habitat checks
- Gentle handling and attention (if socialized and comfortable)
Custom Diet and Care Instructions
We are happy to follow your pet’s unique care plan. Please bring:
- Your pet’s regular food and hay
- Treats or supplements
- Any toys, hides, or items that make them feel at home
- Written instructions for feeding and handling

Holiday Rates
During holidays, we apply a surcharge of $10 / night per enclosure. Please see policy page for more details.
Drop off & Pick up
We offer drop-off and pick-up times by appointment to make your pet’s stay stress-free from start to finish!
Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:30pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
- Sunday: Closed
To ensure the best care and calm environment for all pets, drop-offs and pick-ups are accepted at the scheduled appointment time only.
We are unable to accept early arrivals.
We offer a 15-minute grace period for scheduled appointments. Arrivals exceeding this time frame will be required to reschedule for the next available appointment time and are subject to a rescheduling fee.
