Standard Boarding Rates

- 7+ days: 5% off

Holiday Rates & Policies
During holidays, we apply a surcharge and 3 night minimum due to increase demand.

Booking and Cancellations
- Full payment is required at pick-up.
- Cancellations (non-holiday) – 48 hour notice required prior to drop off appointment for full refund
- Cancellations (Holiday) – 72 hour notice required prior to drop off appointment for full refund
- Early Pickups – No refunds for early pickups / unused nights
Drop off & Pick-up Policy
Standard hours (By Appointment Only)
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 6:30 pm
- Saturday – 8:00 -12:00 pm
Appointments help us ensure calm transitions for our guests and allow us to give each pet and parent our full attention.
Appointment Policy
Pick-up and drop-offs are by appointment only.
We are unable to accept early arrivals.
We offer a 15-minute grace period for scheduled appointments. Arrivals exceeding this time frame will be required to reschedule for the next available appointment time and are subject to a rescheduling fee.
Appointments may be rescheduled with 24 hour notice at no charge. Changes made with less than a 24 hour notice are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
When an appointment is missed without notice, a $25 no-show fee may apply.
Vaccination Requirements
All pets must be up-to-date on the following:
- Dogs – Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP
- Cats – Rabies, FVRCP
Vaccinations must be administered 48 hours prior to drop off.
Please provide documentation on your pet’s portal 24 hours prior to drop off.
Spay & Neuter Requirements
We strive to create a peaceful and safe space for every pet who stays with us. Unaltered pets are welcome, but have limitations.
- Unaltered pets are not permitted to participate in group play or shared social time.
- The must remain in their own private space and have separate outdoor time
*Pets under 7 months old are an exception to this policy and will be cared for based on age and temperament.
Dogs in Heat
We do accept female dogs in heat. For everyone’s safety and comfort, dogs in heat will not participate in social play and will be kept separate from other dogs. A $10 per day cleaning fee applies during the heat cycle. Please let us know in advance if your dog is in heat or enters a heat cycle during their stay.
Behavior & Safety Policy
We love all temperaments, but for the safety of staff and other guests:
- Dogs must be non-aggressive toward staff and other pets
- We reserve the right to separate or decline pets that show unsafe behavior
- Let us know about any quirks, fears, or health concerns – we will do our best to accommodate!
