Multi-cat discount (Rates are per night)
- Cats MUST be from the same household to qualify
- Cats MUST be able to share spaces safely
- Any pet with special medical needs is not allowed to share a space with another pet to ensure quality care and monitoring

Drop off & Pick up
We offer drop-off and pick-up times by appointment to make your pet’s stay stress-free from start to finish!
Hours of Operation
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
To ensure the best care and calm environment for all pets, drop-offs and pick-ups are accepted at the scheduled appointment time only.
We are unable to accept early arrivals.
We offer a 15-minute grace period for scheduled appointments. Arrivals exceeding this time frame will be required to reschedule for the next available appointment time and are subject to a rescheduling fee.
